“We had a lovely stay at Susan’s place. We were a party of 18 (8 adults and 10 kids ages 1-6) and not only was there enough space but it suited our needs well. The kitchen was large and there was room for everyone to sit at the large dining table. The kids loved the pool and playground, which was large enough for all the kids to play together. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We had an issue with the refrigerator upon arrival but as soon as I contacted Susan she took care of it. She was very helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay. We would stay here again.”

“House is amazing. Great place for guests with children and adults who play basketball and pickleball. Plenty of beds and rooms so that each person family had a comfortable place to sleep. Host was extremely responsive.”

“The Austoria is truly hosted by one of the most organized, responsive hosts we have encountered. The space is amazing--the rooftop deck and view of the skyline can't be beat, even in July heat, there was a wonderful breeze at night. We had a group of extended family, and the thoughtfully decorated and designed space was perfect for a variety of tastes and interests. We were concerned about the heat in July, and Susan made sure to set the air conditioning to comfortable sleeping temperatures and checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything else. Any minor hiccup was addressed quickly and professionally, and the location is amazing. The Austoria is a quick drive to all the best sights in Austin, but a quiet retreat in an amazing neighborhood. We took advantage of all 6th street, Barton Creek, Zilker Park, and the Austoria have to offer. It gave us a wonderful home base from which to experience Austin. We recommend highly and can't wait to stay again!”
